the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. the hotel provided a special breakfast for our early flight (a very nice detail!).

The room was a bit small for two people. It was hard to move around.

the receptionists were very courteous and gave all kinds of information. i could easily reach ayia sofia, topkapi, and the blue mosque since the hotel is very close to the main attractions. afternoon snacks and coffee were available.

I found the room i was initially given (economy double or twin room-basement floor) to be quite disappointing. it was located in the basement and lacked proper ventilation. The towels never seemed to dry. a persistent sewage smell emanated from the bathroom, opening windows provided little relief (i noticed the smell as soon as i entered the room).

staff was really kind, they offered complementary tea and coffee at all hours. the breakfast was abundant, i find much variety of foods.

the room i was assigned had a very strong smell of sewage. the sound of the air conditioning outside was very audible, it kept me awake.
